Due to our current international operations, we are seeking for a Technical Manager, willing and able to work abroad.

Position Requirements

The Technical Manager is responsible for the follow-up - from a technical perspective, of the production, maintenance and respect of the technical specifications, software developments and operations, in the field of Customs, Excise and Taxation applications. More specifically, the job tasks can be summarized in the following responsibilities:

• To assist in the follow up and co-ordination of technical matters, acting as a facilitator to converge all efforts towards the project objectives;
• To review the quality and conformance of the technical deliverables (specification, software, documentation) and services;
• To follow up the operations;
• To issue task specifications;
• To enforce timetable and planning;
• To clarify issues and prevent potential problems;
• To act as the guardian of the Service Level Agreements.
Candidate Profile
• University/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other relative discipline from a Greek or foreign institute
• 6 to 10 years recent experience and an appropriate knowledge of the current state of the art technical evolution;
• Familiarity with IT projects, preferably in the field of Customs, Excise and Taxation business;
• Strong experience in at least 2 of the following domains on large projects: system analysis/ design, system development, system specification, development life cycle, security, project methodology, software testing, operations, telecommunications networking and quality assurance;
• Good communication skills, team worker, rapid self-starting capability and ability to work autonomously are mandatory;
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication in front of large audiences, experience in international/multicultural environment and public administration are assets;
• Experience in ITIL, experience in implementation and enforcement of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), experience as a technical writer

Due to our current international operations, we are seeking for a Business Objects expert,willing and able to work abroad:

Position Requirements
Reporting to the Project Manager, the the Business Objects expert:

• Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the Business Objects Environment;
• Is Responsible for all phases of Business Objects report development and administration including Universe development and maintenance; report development; end-user and application team training and product support;
• Implements conceptual and logical models and designs;
• Maintains user access and permissions;
• Maintains development and test environments in compliance with all policies including data encryption and data obfuscation controls;
• Is responsible for handling proper documentation
Candidate Profile
• University/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other relative discipline from a Greek or foreign institute
• A minimum of 6-10 years experience in IT, of which at least 5 years working as Business Objects administrator
• Extensive hands-on experience of setting up and administering Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.1 and Business Objects Web Intelligence;
• Practical experience in reporting;
• experience with one or more of the following database software packages-- i.e. Oracle 9i/10g/11g, SQL 2000 & 2005, MySQL 4 & 5 or DB2 with experience of other relational databases a plus
• Stored procedure knowledge, T/SQL, PL/SQL knowledge;
• Detailed understanding and experience with Data Transformation / ETL processes, JBDC and ODBC;
• Very good oral and written English skillsProven ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written English skills

Position Requirements
The responsibilities of the Documentum Expert (Administrator) mainly include but are not limited to:

• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in the Documentum environments;
• Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves complex software/hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issues, servers, and applications to meet business needs;
• Coordinates testing, upgrades and configuration of system files and services. Ensures changes are in accordance with appropriate operating procedures; recommends revisions or changes based upon results. Prepares for and prescribes approaches to possible downstream implications;
• Assist in setting-up/verifying the UNIX application environment;
• Automate the administration of the application run-time environment where possible;
• Provide production control support primarily in the UNIX and application server environment;
• Provide direction and training to application development teams in the UNIX and application server environment;

Candidate Profile
• University/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other relative discipline from a Greek or foreign institute
• A minimum of 6-10 years experience in IT, recent experience in IT, minimum 5 years working as Documentum administrator;
• Must have experience with operational maintenance and troubleshooting and in-depth understanding of Documentum concepts and architecture including Lifecycles, Workflow, Object Types, Application Buildier, Docapp Installer, Documentum Administrator, Content Server, Composer, WDK, DFC, DFS, site caching services, DQL, XDQL, security;
• Documentum architecture knowledge and experience in using Documentum administration and development tools (Documentum Administrator, DQL, API, Workflow Manager, Developer, Studio/Application Builder);
• Experience in enabling the use of Web publisher or WebTop;
• Experience of High Availability concept and configuration for Documentum;
• Knowledge of Apache HTTP server and Oracle database highly desirable;
• Experience with Solaris;
• Experience with UNIX shell scripts, e.g. sh, bash, ksh;
• Very good oral and written English skills

Position Requirements

Depending on the specialized role, you will be responsible for either managing the configuration management, release management or change management process.

Configuration Manager
• Responsible for the administration, maintenance and upgrade of configuration management tools.
• Provide Configuration Management information and release to integration efforts.
• Developing required scripts or code to automate and integrate chosen configuration management tools.

Release Manager
• Plan and automate the release process
• Maintain the source code and related content in applications
• Execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Supports on-going cross-training opportunities for employees

Change Manager
• change request tracking/auditing, including approval and escalation
• assessing the impact, benefit and risk of proposed Changes
• ensuring best practice processes and procedures for Change management tasks

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience of a dedicated config-, release-, or change management position ;
• Experience in use of IT Service Management tools like HP OpenView;
• Ability to precisely follow a working procedure document;

• strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
• Prince2 certification would be big asset, as well as a certification as IT Service Manager (Config-, Release-, and Change Manager)
