PAYaaS: A Uni Systems–ICAP Exclusive Partnership for Payroll Services - 28/11/11
In line with the evolving market trend of outsourcing services, Uni Systems and ICAP announced a partnership that will advance current practices in payroll services by providing a range of specialized services and software for business payroll management as a Service through the Uni Systems Data Center.
The PAYaaS service is based on the Atomo* HR and Payroll management system, developed by Uni Systems and which includes the entire range of payroll operations—updated collective labor agreements, monthly employee turnover entry, payroll calculation, social security organization electronic files generation, the issuance of statements, checks, bank account statements, updates of accounting entries, and others.
With this service, offered by Uni Systems and ICAP, all included payroll operations will be provided through the Uni Systems Data Center at a fixed monthly cost per employee, dramatically reducing direct and indirect operating expenses for businesses.
Reliability, speed, and security, features identified in the direct updates, and that are in compliance with accounting and statutory provisions, make PAYaaS an important factor in the effort to save resources and increase productivity.
Mr. Theodoros Poulias, Business Solutions Department Manager, Uni Systems, said about the partnership: “For us, at Uni Systems, everything starts with the conversion of the Data Center into a dynamically evolving entity, which will be a catalyst for entrepreneurship. We have been preparing for the Cloud for several years, even before it became a strong market trend, and have gained proven experience. For us, ICAP Group is not only an important customer but an excellent partner as well, and this strengthens the strong momentum which we are certain that the new PAYaaS service will have."
Mr. Theodoros Tollis, Executive Director, ICAP Employment Solutions, said in relation to the partnership: “We are truly happy that a business vision is turning into reality at a time when we ought to function as company allies, by supporting traditional and vital processes with cutting-edge tools and methodologies. Our constant goal is to reduce costs, in combination with a more efficient implementation of processes. I believe that our partnership with Uni Systems will boost payroll processes and open a new era."
*Atomo was initially launched in 1979 and today, after an extensive series of improvements, is one of the most recognized and widely used Personnel and Payroll Management systems in the market.
