With Encore, users just enter the terms of searching in a field and the most relevant results regarding their search display immediately. Encore platform is compatible with every Library Management Software and supports libraries of every type and size.

The results screen is very organized so users can browse using Web 2.0 possibilities, sensitive content indication, enriched content, etc. The status of the items and holdings display showing their availability to users in order to proceed their requests if they wish to place a hold.

With Encore Synergy platform users profit the Encore Discovery platform’s advantages, which lead to the search of libraries programs, digital collections, electronic journals, electronic books, etc. The application Encore Synergy's Deep Article Integration provides summaries of articles and full text articles in a local search environment. User can connect with his password and access all functions, such as the successive presentations of results and the transition from the articles to the local catalogue of the library. The platform is integrated with the local catalogue limiting the need of data loading or staff intervention for the synchronization with the library’s catalogue.

Research Pro

The application Research Pro is an application of dynamic search which displays to user a rich and friendly environment for searching in different information resources selected by the library. Allows the easy access to full text databases, digital collections, subscriptions of electronic journals and web-based resources recognized by the library.

Searching in real time

Searches which take place in real time through Research Pro platform bring dynamic information and display the results without the need of waiting for the search completion! With the results display users can be leaded directly to the full text resource. Also with My Millennium tool, users can create groups of resources for their future searches.

CASE

CASE (Content Access Service) platform provides a complete solution for the needs of library’s electronic resources import. With this platform user receives precise data. Platform integrates the content to the local catalogue and the website, using the display of the library, so users will be able to recognize the content with the library that supplies it.

Data Import

The application CASE Coverage Data Service completes the platform WebBridge LR and the application Electronic Resource Management of Innovative Interfaces and supplies the library with a complete solution of digital library. The service makes available the data of the electronic resources subscriptions, covering thousands of titles through hundred of subscriptions. With this way library provides exactly the necessary information from the world information, without the worry of missing connections or resources which can lead to a failed search. CASE application provides important points of search such as title, ISSN, Range of dates and the URLs. And as database is been updating always, users remain updated.

MARC Records

The application supports user’s access to electronic resources providing pre-cataloged   information for all electronic journals that library offers. Users take easier what they need. And this is a more effective way for the presentation of the electronic resources to the online catalogue. With the possessed changes to the title subscriptions, library staff ensures that in case of new titles or in case of collections suppression, it will be possible to update the database quickly and easy. Like all CASE data, this MARC information are reliable, after they are created from staff in a standard base and so the access points remain of high quality.

WEBBRIDGE LR

WebBridge LR is an online tool of user service which connects library with full text articles from external databases. Supports the connection with the appropriate and available electronic copy identifying the journals that library offers and the corresponding holdings.

When users find a resource which is not full text, WebBridge LR leads them efficiently to the resource that offers full text. While libraries spend big part of their budget for the electronic resources, this is the most appropriate tool for their display. This solution connects with a big range of resources: electronic journals subscriptions, public websites, local collections, other databases. Also provides access to the ‘’Article Finder’’ service for the localization and the retrieval of full text articles coming from known locations.

Incorporation

WebBridge LR fully incorporates with Millennium and eProducts of Innovative. When information that user searches through WebBridge LR don’t offer full text, leads him back to the local catalogue (WebPAC Pro). If the item is not available from the library, leads user to a ILL request form.
