The e-LOANS solution is a Consumer Finance system that provides banks with the capability of granting and managing loans through alternative channels and an extensive network of partners. The solution has been developed in a Web environment and incorporates the functionalities of loan application-approval workflow and credit scoring, offering the bank the opportunity to take advantage of multiple channels of partners for the purpose of promoting its loans.

This solution incorporates Business Process Management rules and can be applied as an extensive Retail Banking system in Banks and Financial companies seeking cost reduction, for the Loans Origination module provides speedy processes ranging from loan application to loan disbursement. At the same time, it can also work through the most cost-effective channels, such as call centers and the Internet, in addition to other distribution channels. The multi-market approach allows for the application of the solution in different market segements, such as car loans, consumer loans, personal loans, insurance and B2B services.

The eLoans Consumer Finance solution--with the integrated Business Partners Web Platform, the functionality of the Genesys Call Center and ATM support--offers a 24-hour service, while at the same time reducing costs.



Architecture

The architecture of eLoans Consumer Finance Solution system is based on the 3-tier architectural model:

  • The first tier is the User Interface (UI), consisting of the rich-client graphical UI for the internal users and the thin-client (browser) graphical UI for the external partners
  • The second tier is the Business Layer, consisting of the application server which handles the execution of the business processes. This tier also contains the web server, responsible for interacting with the web browsers of the external partners.


  • The third tier is the Database Layer, which comprises the Host database server, responsible for processing on-line transactions, and the Business Intelligence server, containing the Data Warehouse and the On-Line Analytical Processing engine.
